1
Client Background
The client is a digital solutions provider for the healthcare sector, aiming to establish a presence in multiple international markets. Their goal was to roll out their innovative solutions across a variety of healthcare institutions while complying with the specific regulatory frameworks of each country.
2
Challenge Faced
The main challenge lay in managing regulatory differences and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deploy the solution across multicultural contexts. The objective was to accelerate adoption while minimizing implementation timelines. The biggest hurdle was simplifying the product and developing a pre-configured version.
3
Solution Provided
For each international rollout, we conducted a thorough assessment of national specificities to tailor the product accordingly. The implementation across 20 healthcare institutions was led by a dedicated team of experts. Our expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) streamlined the management of these international projects. One of the most complex challenges was interfacing with diverse Hospital Information Systems (HIS), which required significant efforts in standardization and custom development.

Implementation Process
Our approach was structured around several key phases
1
Project Scoping
Defining clinical objectives and regulatory constraints to establish a clear functional scope.
